Repairs / Warranty Coming from Northern Ireland or from Outside of the UK
All products returned to O’Three for repairs, warranty or service from Northern Ireland or outside of the UK – including all EU countries – are required to have a “Return for Service Commercial Invoice” available for Customs inspection.
Some courier services also require that you email a copy of this invoice to them. Please contact your courier for advice on their procedures.
We have provided a sample export document via the link below, which includes all codes required to complete this process. However – please note that couriers are likely to use their own paper or digitised version that will ask for information to be uplifted from our sample document. This process must be completed with care to ensure that you as the customer do not encounter the following;
- VAT and duties charges on repair items
- Delays in custom processing
- Possible missed completion dates from O’Three as a result of the above
