More Details
Easy to apply
The double-grip strip ensures easy and smooth roll-out for a secure fit.
Anti-leakage
The anti-leakage system is designed to give you the best possible security.
The anti-leakage system consists of:
- a push ring with sure grip ribs for secure connection to the collecting bag
- an anti-kink bellow to stop kinks ensuring a free flow
- balanced adhesive for reliability while still being easy and painless to remove
Comfortable wear
The sheath is made of PSX silicone material, which is stretchy and breathable allowing for a perfect fit.
Balanced adhesive
The Sheath has built-in ‘balanced’ adhesive, which means it is reliable and skin-friendly. It makes the sheath fit securely to the penis and causes no skin irritations. Each sheath can be worn for up to 24 hours.
Smart pack
The easy-to-open packaging is compact and discreet. Conveen Optima comes in a compact lightweight plastic shell, which can be disposed of in the normal household waste.
Q: How do I choose the right size sheath?
A: To ensure a comfortable and secure fit, the sheaths come in four different sizes and two different lengths:
- A standard length (25, 30, 35 & 40mm diameter)
- A shorter length (21, 25, 30 & 35mm diameter)
- A shorter length sheath will be suitable for the majority of men.
The penis should be measured mid-shaft, or at the widest point. If the penis is found to be between two sizes of sheaths, the smaller size should be selected. If you do not already have a measuring guide, please download one here or contact us.
Q: How to use the sheath?
A: Instructions for how to apply and use sheaths are included in the box you received.
If you would like to see an animated version of the instructions – click here
Like anything new, using a sheath for the first time or changing to a different type of sheath can take a bit of getting used to. If you are worried about this, choose a few quiet days when you are close to home. Check that you are following all the instructions correctly and do not be afraid to try again – practice makes perfect.
Q: What do I do if my sheath does not appear to be sticking properly?
A: Ensure you are not using a moisturising soap as this can sometimes leave a moisturising film on the skin which may prevent the adhesive from sticking correctly.
Do not use this on broken or sore skin.
It is important that you have the correct size of sheath and that the sheath is applied smoothly, with no wrinkles or bubbles.
You should measure your penis regularly and measuring guides are available to download here.
Q: How should I store and dispose of my sheaths?
A: Each sheath comes in a colour-coded, light-weight smart pack. Sheaths should be stored in a cool, dry place (maximum temperature 25°C) out of the sun. Used sheaths should be disposed of in a bin.
Both the cardboard box and compact plastic packaging can be discarded with ordinary household waste.
