Sent my 4 year old ri200 original to have a new zip and new neck seal fitted and also have a service the work carried out was exemplary my suit looks as good as new.
The icing on the cake was when I opened the box there was a bag of milky bar mini eggs as a small gift for Easter nice touch, will have no problem in the future to use the repair service.
The important thing regardless of how good your product is initially, is how well you deal with your customers when things sometimes go wrong. We all make mistakes, it’s how you put them right that matters and in this case it was first class.
I genuinely felt as if my custom was important to you and that’s a nice thing in this day and age.
Just wanted to send a quick message to give some feedback regarding my recent suit purchase.
I did a fair bit of research before coming to see you about buying a suit, the feedback from others was really impressive, but I was nervous about parting with a grand for a suit. I need not have worried. The suit is absolutely fantastic. I’ve dived it numerous times now and have been seriously pleased with it. I had a few alterations made to it and they are perfect. My mates are getting fed up with me banging on about how good it is. Hopefully a few will be darkening your doors soon!
It’s no exaggeration to say the suit has made me fall back in love with diving. My previous suit was ruining it for me.
But it isn’t just the suit which was brilliant. The whole experience was fantastic. Tom served me and couldn’t have been more helpful. He listened to what I wanted and understood. There was no hard sell whatsoever and he really was knowledgeable. His customer service was exactly what I wanted, perfectly pitched whilst not being ‘over the top’.
I just felt that such a great product and service should be acknowledged.
"I think my inflator is leaking" say I.

Man, I went diving this weekend, water temps are 38 Fahrenheit, which is bloody cold in the English vernacular! But I love my dry gloves!!! The folks at O3 are the BEST!!!! I cannot thank you enough!

I bought an MSF flex 5mm neoprene drysuit and am I glad I did, I've never had customer service like it, O'Three shipped me a suit to Newcastle, and picked it up next day after my initial fitting. Just amazing customer service and superb knowledge , DPD tracked my order all the way, it arrived exactly when quoted to the minute and I was able to have it dropped in a safe place at the last minute.
My final suit came a week before expected and was a perfect fit. It was put through its paces and oh boy it didn't fall short, in fact it surpassed all of my expectations. Many envious looks at Capernwray dive site too . There are more expensive suits out there but they don't compare to this suit - backed up by full repairs and servicing.
Every element of the suit is top quality and it'll be well cared for and used many many times. My daughter also approves of your 'ninja hoods' too. Keep doing what you do guys, many many other companies should use your business model.
After my original purchase, i felt i needed some important tweaks. Nothing could have been easier to arrange from the moment i spoke to you on the phone. My suit has now been returned and is absolutely beautiful (or as beautiful as any diving suit can be). It fits like a dream.

The drysuit is awesome!
I have spent around 5 years in a neoprene 5mm drysuit from another manufacturer, with never a fully dry dive.
My first dive in the OThree, and Extreme PBB I was warm and dry even at 4 degrees in Vobster! It has reinvigorated my interest in diving and it's no longer a chore. I didn't realise how comfy I could be underwater! The time spent at the shop wasn't rushed and everything was clearly explained to me.

I'm a girl with difficult dimensions and I was a little scatty - lack of morning coffee - which were all dealt with ease. Can't wait for suit to arrive by end of this month.

Credit where credit is due. I've had mixed results over the last 18 months with a set of Si-Tech (not) dry gloves. Despite 3 returns to the factory I/we just couldn't get them to work.
These were replaced with Kubi's in just 10 days, and they also covered some of the costs as an apology. Unfortunately this system also leaked. It turned out there was an issue with a batch of o-rings. Despite being a Kubi issue and not an O'Three one, they not only replaced the o-rings free of charge, but sent them to the dive operator next day delivery to ensure I could dive dry. Finally, today my suit zip broke. Despite me being warned by O'Three it was on its way out, I delayed it a month due to money & had it booked in for next month.
Not only is the suit going back tomorrow, but they're also lending me a suit so that I don't have to cancel any of the diving I've booked over the next few weeks.
Not forgetting the excellent suit quality, the customer service is outstanding. And it's why O'Three have such a loyal fan base & it's why I'll be buying another soon.

Having now dived the suit all I can say is WHY DID I SUFFER THE LESSER SUITS ON THE MARKET FOR SO LONG?
