On receiving your O’Three dry suit if you have any questions, queries or problems please call one of the team.

What is O’Three’s returns policy?
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any of our O’Three Products.
However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 28days from the despatch date for a full refund (excluding the carriage charge)
Items must be unused with all the packaging and labels.
How do I return an item?
Simply send the item along with its delivery note included with your order with a covering letter to:
Please be aware that you are responsible for the item being sent back until it is received by us.
We would advise a traceable method of delivery or proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should you item fail to arrive with us.
Can I exchange items?
In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives, we will be happy to replace it for you.

If we ask you to return the faulty goods to us please download the faulty goods form and enclose it when you return the product to us.
If your suit needs a repair please ring us on 01305 822820 to book your repair into the workshop and for your reference number.
