Drysuit Servicing

Regular Drysuit servicing will not only help minimise the unexpected, it will increase the number of years you will be able to enjoy trouble free diving and will add value to your suit, should you decide to upgrade.

So you can spend as much time underwater as possible, we are able to schedule work and are happy to try and accommodate any requirements around your diving plans.

However, should an unexpected repair be required, we will do all we can to get you back in the water as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, during the high season, lead times can become a little stretched.  If this is the case we will endeavour to loan you a suit.

Our recommended service intervals are:

As a company, our focus has been and always will be on the quality and performance of our dry suits.  Suit valves are an integral part of that commitment.  When a dry suit is purchased from new, for traceability, all inlet and auto dump valve serial numbers are recorded.

When we service your suit, we are not servicing your valves.

All suit valves, if rinsed regularly in fresh water, should give you many years of trouble free use.

During your suit service, a “valve flush” is a vigorous reverse wash of fresh water through your auto/cuff dump.

Unfortunately, it is not viable from an economic or legal point of view for O’Three to dismantle and service dry suit valves.  In the unlikely event a valve is found to be faulty, O’Three will replace it for less than it would cost to send that valve back to the manufacturer and have it serviced.

This subsidised replacement is only available if all of the following criteria are met:

• You are the original owner.
• Your suit is with us for a service.

The valve is the one originally fitted into your suit.

Please ensure that you carry out all the pre-dive checks detailed in your O’Three owners manual prior to diving your suit.

Service interval is based on an average of 60 dives per year.
