So this is one of the many reasons why we really don’t recommend the use of talc or french chalk with drysuits… If your suit ever needs a repair, alteration or seal change it makes it extremely difficult to get any glue to adhere with the talc impregnated into the neoprene.

Talc and chalk can also find it’s way into your valves and could cause a malfunction…

We would definitely recommend Jollop Seal Slip or a similar water based lubricant instead
