During this time when we have been unable to open our doors and conduct dry suit fittings in person, We have had a increase in our fitting in your own home service. This is a service that we were already doing long before we were all social distancing. Being able to offer a fully tailored drysuit without you having to leave your home is something that we are immensely proud of.
Recently we have a couple of happy customers send through some kind words about their experience of the at home fitting service.
O’Three have delivered what could be the greatest service I have ever experienced. They provided ample information when I first inquired about purchasing a drysuit and even gave me a call to discuss the options and any questions I had. After the type of suit was decided upon, and shipped straight to my address, I was quickly given instructions that allowed all the measurements to be taken from home. To have this option proved to be a great benefit due to my distance from the shop and then COVID occurring. With pictures sent and the measurement form filled out, the suit was quickly taken back down to the shop to have the alterations performed upon it. The turnaround time was excellent and each time the suit arrived back I could try it on and make any further changes to get the suit to a perfect tailor fit. Even when a small shipping delay occurred the team threw in a free hat which was very kind of them! Having had a previous badly fitted suit, the difference is night and day and I could not recommend O’Three enough.
Tom at O’Three was with me all the way and provided a wealth of information about the suit and the progress during the time it was in shop. O’Three and Tom get 5 stars for a brilliant service and great communication. O’Three will be my main drysuit contact for the rest of my life, I look forward to trying more of their gear and eventually making my way down to shake the hands of the team and thank them for all their help.
I was after a new drysuit, it was lockdown meaning where I would usually take a trip to O’Three to get measured circumstances dictated otherwise. However, it did give opportunity to take advantage of O’Three’s ‘home fitting service’, in this case taking a standard off the peg suit and making some adjustments to make the fit spot on. After some dialogue I had a suit, and an arranged skype appointment with Josh. Just prior to the appointment I had a phone call to check we were good to go. I enlisted the help of my partner to be chief camera operator. I jumped in the suit and with the help of my trusty camera operator, Josh was able to get all the info he needed. Josh listened to my feedback and what I wanted from the suit and after 30mins or so we had a (long) list of alterations, and some extras I wanted added to the suit. Josh arranged a courier to collect the suit so the process was effortless from my perspective. The suit was collected and I knew from our discussion when I would should expect the suit to be finished. Sure enough the week I’m expecting to receive suit I get a message to say ‘it’s on its way’. I obviously jumped straight in it once it arrived. I was expecting the fit to be good, however it was absolutely spot on. Comparing my previous experience of being measured in the shop to this online one. There was no difference in terms of the finished product, a suit perfectly tailored to fit me. I was very happy with the overall experience and would take advantage of their ‘home fitting service’ again.
