Return of an O’Three Dry suit
On receiving your O’Three dry suit if you have any questions, queries or problems please call one of the team. With a reputation built on customer service and after sales care we will endeavour to solve any problem with our ‘no nonsense, no hassle’ service.
What is O’Three’s returns policy?
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any of our O’Three Products.
However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 28days from the despatch date for a full refund (excluding the carriage charge)
Items must be unused with all the packaging and labels.
How do I return an item?
Simply send the item along with its delivery note included with your order with a covering letter to:

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item being sent back until it is received by us. We would advise a traceable method of delivery or proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should you item fail to arrive with us.
Can I exchange items?
Please contact us on (0)1305 822820 if it’s a dry suit you wish to exchange. One of the team will be able to help and advise any worries you have and what options we can offer to resolve.
Any other products. Yes of course, simply send the item(s) back with its delivery note and covering letter with what you wish to exchange this item for.
When a replacement is required urgently, it is advisable to place a new order on the website for the replacement item first. This ensures that the goods can be despatched with a minimum delay in order to get to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure for the return of the original good for a refund.
What if an item is faulty or needs repair?
In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives, we will be happy to replace it for you.

If we ask you to return the faulty goods to us please download the fault goods form and enclose it when you return the product to us.
If your suit needs a repair please ring us on 01305 822820 to book your repair into the workshop and for your reference number. Once you have got this please fill in this repair form, pop the completed form in a box along with your dry suit and send it to our address, for an address label click here.
