Delivery Information
What are my delivery options within the UK and how much does it cost?
Delivery depends on the product bought and where its being sent in the UK.
England, Wales and Mainland Scotland

Dry suit Delivery – £15.00
This is for any of our dry suits. It is next day delivery from the date of despatch and it is insured.

Express Delivery – £8.00
This is for all wetsuits, PBB’s, HUV, boots and P-valves. It is next working day delivery from the date of despatch and it is insured.

Royal Mail – £3.95
This is for Gloves, Jollop, and hoods, sheaths and spare parts. It is 1-2 day delivery from the date of despatch.
For all Saturday morning deliveries this has to be sent with a courier and is expensive - £35.00
Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles and isle of Man

This is for all our dry suits, wetsuits, PBB’s, HUV, boots and P-valves. It is 2-3 day delivery from the date of despatch and it is insured.

Royal Mail – £6.95
This is for Gloves, Jollop, and hoods, sheaths and spare parts. It is 2-3 day delivery from the date of despatch.
Unfortunately there is not a Saturday morning delivery.

When will my order be despatched?
Dry suits – subject to alterations and lead times in the workshop despatch dates will vary. On confirmation of order the despatch date will be given.
All other products if in stock and before 3pm that working day can be sent on date of order.
Can I use an alternative delivery address?
If you would like us to ship to al alternative address rather than you registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is avalible on orders except Royal Mail.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes the courier will need a signature.
If your parcel is small and inexpensive and has been sent by Royal Mail then it will be delivered like normal mail and will not require a signature.
Overseas orders, VAT and Import Duties
If you delivery is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT
Exports to countries outside of Europe are exempt from VAT but may have to pay import duties by the government. The courier will notify you.
Some countries (ie: Israel, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey) do not charge an import dutie fee, but may require a local sales tax charge. The courier will notify you.
